Is the camp located inside Tarangire National Park?
Yes, it is one of the few luxury camps located deep inside the park boundaries, which significantly reduces travel time for early morning and late afternoon game drives.
Why is it called "Elephant Springs"?
The camp is located near natural water springs that attract large numbers of elephants, especially during the dry season (June to October), allowing for spectacular viewing from the camp area.
Is there Wi-Fi at the camp?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the main lounge and dining area. Because of the remote location, signal strength can vary and is generally not available in individual guest tents.
How do I reach the camp?
Guests can drive from Arusha (approx. 3–4 hours) or fly into the Kuro Airstrip. The camp is located very close to the airstrip, making it a convenient option for fly-in safaris.
Are night game drives available?
Night game drives are generally not allowed inside the National Park itself. However, the camp's location offers exceptional wildlife sounds and sightings within the camp grounds, escorted by guards.
