All our expeditions include professional guide services, park entry fees, accommodation as specified, meals during the safari, 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof, and complimentary bottled water. International flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
The dry season (June to October) offers optimal wildlife viewing as animals congregate around water sources. However, the green season (November to May) provides lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and excellent bird watching opportunities. Each season offers unique advantages.
Yellow fever vaccination is required if traveling from endemic countries. We recommend consulting your doctor about malaria prophylaxis and routine vaccinations. Carry a basic medical kit and any personal medications. Travel insurance with medical evacuation coverage is strongly advised.
Pack neutral-colored clothing (khaki, olive, beige), a warm jacket for early morning drives, sun protection, binoculars, camera with extra batteries, and comfortable walking shoes. Avoid bright colors and camouflage patterns. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and religious dietary needs. Please inform us of any requirements at the time of booking so we can make proper arrangements with our lodges and camps.
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
