The Kanyanchu Visitor Centre is just a 10-15 minute drive from the lodge, making it one of the most conveniently located lodges for early morning treks.
Can we see monkeys from the lodge?
Frequently. Black-and-white colobus monkeys and various forest birds (including the Great Blue Turaco) are common visitors to the lodge's trees.
Is there child-care available?
The lodge is highly family-centric; while they have playrooms, they can also arrange for staff to assist with children while parents are away on chimpanzee treks (where age limits apply).
