The Hide Safari Camp

The Hide is a multi-award-winning, owner-operated luxury tented safari camp on a 5 km² private concession overlooking a prolific waterhole in Hwange National Park. Consistently voted one of Zimbabwe's top safari lodges, The Hide offers an intimate, family atmosphere combined with exceptional wildlife encounters — especially elephant and buffalo. The main A-frame lodge houses a magnificent 22-seat teak dining table, lounge, plunge pool, and library. Ten individually styled tented suites (Classic Twin, Deluxe Double, Deluxe Honeymoon) line either side of the lodge, all with en-suite bathrooms and bush-facing decks. For exclusivity, The Private Hide sleeps up to 8 guests with its own pool and dining. Tom's Little Hide is an exclusive-use family camp. The iconic Dove's Nest treehouse offers once-in-a-lifetime open-air sleep-outs. Activities include up to four excursions daily: game drives, walking safaris, night drives, and time in the underground waterhole hide.
